Networkings and Collaborations
In promoting Hong Kong and Asian cinema, we consider it crucial to establish connections with one another, within diasporic communities and beyond. Accordingly, we have organised networking events and formed programme partnerships with other collaborators to jointly organise activities and events. The synergies resulting from these connections will enhance our capacity to advance our mission.
HKFFUK co-organised the screening of HONG KONG MIXTAPE with Bertha DocHouse and the film-making team, and hosted the post-screening Q&A session.
HKFFUK collaborated with BEATS and Video Consortium to organise a networking event in which Hong Kong and East and Southeast Asians (ESEA) filmmakers shared their experiences. From left: Pec Boey, Hsien Yu Niu, Jennifer Lim (host), Kaki Wong, Michael Ho, Georgie Yukiko Donovan.
Networking opportunities were provided at after experience sharing by ESEA filmmakers.
Networking was held at King's College London.
