Introducing the inaugural ONLINE SHORTS programme, Hong Kong Film Festival UK presents UK audiences with a careful curation of 10 short films from Hong Kong and the UK. Encompassing narrative films, animation, and experimental shorts, viewers can enjoy the programme from the comfort of their homes, and get to know a group of young directors who, despite increasing restrictions on artistic freedom, continue to demonstrate their vitality, creativity and courage in their work. Part of the proceeds made will go directly to the director or rights holder in support of their creativity and future endeavours, so go watch our award-winning shorts and support Hong Kong films now!

How to watch “ONLINE SHORTS”:
Take a browse through the HKFF(UK) ONLINE SHORTS page - watch the trailers and read about the short films. Having chosen the films you want to watch, click "Order Now" below the trailer, and follow the payment steps provided by Vimeo. It will be necessary to register for a free Vimeo account, or simply sign in. All short films will be available to stream for £3 each (excluding credit card handling fees). Once payment has been made, the film can be viewed within 7 days.

*Note 1: The films will be available from 00:00 on 18th March to 23:59 on 31st March. All films will be unavailable afterwards.
